Field hockey blisters?!


Question: Field hockey blisters!?
Im a 16 year old field hockey player, and i just started pre season yesterday and i accidently brought my soccer cleates from 3 years ago, and they were a 6 and now im 6 1/2 7!. and we had a practice in the morning, and then one again in the afternoon!. the morning one i was fine, but after the practice i noticed i had red marks on the back of my heels!. so i wrapped them with pre wrap and medical tape!. i had to go to work right after practice so i had no time to go home at all and my mom was working!. and i had to leave work for the second practice!. after the second practice in the afternoon, and even during it, my heels were in so much pain i couldnt even do my sprints to keep up with the other girls!. and today we have another double-session!. i just got home from the first, and my heels hurt so bad!. they are both open so theres absolutly no skin there and they are like!.!.oozing water all the time!. does anyone have any advice for me to make them not so bad during practice!? btw!.!.!.my coach wont let us sit out if we have blisters, cause it should have been our responsibility to get cleates that fit but i made a BIG mistake!. and we have to run about two miles every practice!. and we do a lottt of sprints!. Unfortunately time is the only thing that will help!. Make sure plenty of fresh air can get to the blisters so that they dry out, in the meantime wear shoes with the backs out or something soft like slippers!. make sure that you get your new soccer shoes properly fitted!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
