Question: Serious Ankle Sprain!?
Three months ago I sprained my ankle at work!. I don't know how, but I did!.
I had been working on the sprained ankle for a month, but I finally quit my job (not only because of the sprain)!.
I had my Ankle X-Rayed but there was no breakage!. The podiatrist said I would need inserts!. They cost me $300 and my ankle still hurts like hell!.
Here is where it gets complicated, My ankle isn't swollen, and it doesn't hurt when I wake up in the morning, It only hurts after standing on it for like 2 or more hours at a time!. This isn't just regular pain from standing up long, it is severe pain, to the point where I'm limping around!.
