Maybe your body isnt get enough nutrition that it needs!. Eating snack food is going to make you feel lousy, and fruit has sugar!. You are overloading your body with sugar!! Its going to make you nauseas!. Try eating some soup!. Is your stomach bothering you at all!?!?!?\
I feel nauseas ALL the time!. But I think its b!.c!. I have a puke phobia!. I take dramamine for the nausea, and it works good!. You can go to a drug store and pick some up!.

i've seen someone fainted cause by not eating well enough, if you're on diet , try eating small portion every 4 hours and you do need more protein and zinc, like fish to boost your blood cellWww@Answer-Health@Com
