Pain in lower back- don't know why?!
Question: Pain in lower back- don't know why!?
Yesterday I got a shooting pain in my lower back on the right!.
It wasn't severe though!.
Then since then it felt slightly like a muscle pain but it's not- I haven't done anything to it!.
It feels slightly like period pain in my back!. But it's not!. (I'm on the pill- can't get my period til next week)
The only thing I can think of is that my stomach felt a bit delicate on Thursday (no diarrhea or anything- just felt funny) That's all I can think it could be linked too!.!.!.

You could indeed have a muscle pull!. You don't have to do anything in particular to pull a muscle!. Try some ibuprofen and a heating pad!. If those help, then it probably was a muscle pull!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
well i don't know if this'll help, but i get lower back pains when it's the time of the month!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
