Permanent scars have to get to the dermis and epidermis!. Your face has very delicate skin!. Fortunately rug burns (abrasions) generally do not leave permanent scars!. Thank goodness!. Could you imaging a population of gay men and loose women with capet burns on their cheaks and knees!?Www@Answer-Health@Com
