Are there any foods out there that are good for joints or repairing joint tissue/ligaments!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Well, milk is good for bones but not at all for joints!. Dairy products and red meat cause or aggravate joint inflammation!. So if you're having joint pain, such as with arthritis, it's best to avoid red meat and dairy!. Also, you can try glucosamine and chondroitin supplements!. It's kind of expensive and it takes a few weeks before you'll notice results, but it really does seem to work for some people!. As for foods that are good, several studies have shown that cherries are one of the best foods for relieving joint pain!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
