Question: Knee pain!.!. Please help!!!?
Ok so im not really an active person i dont do any sports!. but suddenly my knee starts to hurt when i bend it!. it comes randomly one day it hurts, the next day it doesnt but comes back!.!. I want to know what it is but i hope its nothing bad cause i dont want to wear like any braces on my knee to school!. Also i did not fall or do anything to my knee!.!. need more information what's your age your weight!. now you know you can just move a certain way and hurt your knee's!. you could just have a strain and you might have to put a ace bandage on it why don't you try putting moist heat on it and rubbing ben-gay at night!. if it was swelling i would of told you to put ice!. but the ice will help with the pain so you might try that to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
