Question: Best kind of medicine for my pain!?

i started my period (after having a miscarriage about six weeks ago) and my stomach hurts really bad!. im also having some back pain!.
does anyone know what kind of pain reliever would be best for this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try something mild like Motrin or Aleve!. If you have a hot water bottle or heating pad- use that too!. Lie down for a bit!. If that doesn't help you may need a doctor's attention!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
