My leg please answer ASAP?!

Question: My leg please answer ASAP!?
I got released from physical therapy after having a broken knee cap, and I was depending on my left leg a lot!. Well we got my right leg good to go and strong again!. I came home and ran on uneven ground a lot, and jumped on the trampoline!. The next day I got out of bed and i could bearly walk on both legs!. There was so much pain in both calf muscles and in the thighs!. It hurt worse when i got up and walked and bent my foot!. a warm shower helped it and some cream a little bit!. Well its the next day, and pretty much the pain is gone in my calf and thigh in my right leg, and in my left its gone out of the thigh!. In my left leg the calf muscle still hurts a lot, when i bend my foot and walk!. a warm shower helped the pain!. there is like no pain when i sit down, but it is very tender to touch, and there is only a little warmth in it that comes and goes, do you think i over used my muscles, or it is a blood clot or something else!. please answer ASAP!. thank you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
More than likely muscle strain!. Keep doing what makes it feel better but call the on call nurse or PA with your ortho's office or your physical therapist with these questions!.

Don't do any more wild stunts evil kenevil until you're cleared ;)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It sounds like you over used your muscle!. You weren't used to doing all that activity and over did it!.Those muscles will be tender to the touch!. It could even take 3 to 4 days for it to start feeling better!. If warm showers and rubbing help that means it's a muscle issue!. A blood clot would not feel better by rubbing it!.
