Hurting after running?!


Question: Hurting after running!?
okay i was just practicing my 40!. after doing that alot i rested for 20 minutes and tried it again!. this time my legs were hurting a lot so my time decreased!. my legs hurt now but should i rest for the rest of the day Www@Answer-Health@Com

This could be muscle strain (an example only)!. I would recommend resting for the rest of the day and also the next day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

They could just be really sore!. It would help to run a little bit and stretch a lot!. I found that sitting in a tub full of ice water works very well!.

You really don't have to take the whole day off!. Just decrease your normal work out!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
