Question: Can you put neosporin in your nose!?

Sounds like a silly question but I am desperate!. The weather has been so hot and dry that both nostrils are cracked!. Feels like there are boogers but it is just dry, scabby, and cracked!. Is is safe to put neosporin or polysporin in your nostrils!? Please- no sarcastic retorts!. I am serious and it is extremely uncomfortable!. Thanks!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
