Weird feeling in legs?!
Question: Weird feeling in legs!?
Ever since I flew on holiday a few weeks ago I've been having an electric shock kind of feeling in my legs!. It only happens every so often!.!.!.maybe once of twice a day!? And it's not static either!. I'll just be sat down still and out of nowhere this stinging pain just shoots through my leg!.!.!.around my shin area!. It's not a specific leg either it does it to both!. The other day I was sat down and every time I moved my leg it did it, it was just one after the other!. It's a sharp pain!.!.!.kind of like when you hit your funny bone and then it stings a bit afterwards!.
Does anybody know what it could be!? I do a lot of running and don't know it that has anything to do with it!.
Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

What RLS is, What it is not
Maybe you have been told that RLS might be a genetic defect (as in
inherited), or maybe a neurological disorder (dealing with brain function
as in a chemical imbalance), or maybe an iron deficiency!. But Restless
Leg Syndrome has nothing to do with any of these conditions, and is the
reason why the pharmaceutical companies, research scientist, and the
medical community will never find a cure for your RLS!.

If it was a long haul flight see your doctor to rule out DVP, but it sounds likely to be a trapped nerve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
