Horrible Abdomin pain during sleep..?!

Question: Horrible Abdomin pain during sleep!.!.!?
I just recently felt excruciating pain in my stomach while sleeping!.!.I did not fully wake up because of it, but I felt it, twice during the night from what I can remember!. I also get that very rarely and randomly after a meal!. But very rarely!. The pain is so awful, sort of like theres a weight in my stomach but with knives cutting into my stomach!. It gets so bad that sometimes I actually start to shake from the pain!. I have gastritis, which is the inflammation of my stomach lining, supposedly!. My doctor diagnosed it, but only prescribed one prescription!. Not sure if that has to do with anything, because it doesn't really feel related to it!.

I am a smoker and a drinker, but I dont drink or smoke everyday!. And I'm only 21, and healthy for the most part, and in shape!.

I also experienced heart pain that would be felt in my back aswell, a while ago, but it's since gone away!.

If what I'm explaining sounds like what you have, or know of!.!.please let me know! Thank youWww@Answer-Health@Com
