Blood pressure can very often be low in the mornings just as you are waking up and get back to a normal reading as the day progresses, so it is possible that in the morning your blood pressure is low and you are moving too fast for it to stabilize you!.
The other thing is, you may have vertigo or labyrinthitis!. It is an imbalance of the fluid of the inner ear!. It can make you quite dizzy, sometimes you will feel quite nauseated and sometimes it may be accompanied by a headache!. There may be ringing in your ears and it can come and go!. It can come and go and isn't all that easy to diagnose!. Make sure your doctor checks your ears!. Unfortunately, there really isn't much that can be done for the condition!. You can take gravol or antivert but not too much else!.
Good luck and hopefully they find the problem!.

Sounds to me like you could have low blood pressure!. Very common in girls your age!.

A friend of mine used to faint quite often because of her BP!.
