Question: What are you suppose to take for pain when you scrap your foot and cause an open wound!?

Simple analgesics shoudl do the trick!.
Go to your pharmacist and get some paracetamol (panadol) or ibuprofen (neurofen)!. Paracetamol is a simple analgesic and ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory!. Either should suffice for pain relief!. Make sure to talk to your pharmacist before taking though, to make sure you have no contraindications!.
Signficant pain from a wound can also mean it is infected, so you need to looks for the signs of this and go see your GP if you are concerned!. You may need antibiotics if that is the case!.
