Research dequervain's tendonitis!. This is what i have!. it affects two tendons that run through your first dorsal compartment!. You should see an orthopedic right away!. I let mine for to long and the scar tissue hardened and i had to have dequervain's release surgery (last week)!. Hard to type!.!.!.!.lol!. It is something that can be treated by a hand therapist (not a physical therapist)!. Just don't let it wait!. Google dequervain's tendonitis and it will tell you what to do to test for it at home!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Carpal tunnel presents with symptoms of pain in the hand, predominantly numbness in the thumb, index and middle fingers and becomes worse at night, specifically, you will wake up because your hand hurts and is numb!. You will also feel weakness and pain in the wrist, as well as the fingers!. What you are describing could be a gangleon cyst and they are generally benign or arthritis!. If your pain persists, see an orthopedic physician and if you don't get answers, try a neurologist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
