I bumped my nose...how do i make the swelling go down and how long will it take?!


Question: I bumped my nose!.!.!.how do i make the swelling go down and how long will it take!?
last night while i was sleeping i picked up my head and bumped it on the shelf next to my bed!. now one side of my nose is all swollen and school starts in less than a week!. ive been putting ice on it but it wont go down!. My nose is big enough to begin with this just makes it uglier :( Can someone please please help me take the swelling down!? and how long will it take for it to go down on its own!?

The thing you must is the good old ice it down for 15 min then do heat for about 15 min do this repeatedly!. The swelling might take a week to go down!.



I know this is a big favor but i need to get to level 2 so can you give me some point plz!. Class project and need to get to level to and it takes a long time i need a boost!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
