Question: I keep having a weird headache!?
it's in the left top side of my head!. a little passed the hairline if you draw a line from the middle of your eyebrow up!. why is that!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I can't tell you why but I know the most common source of headaches is dehydration, next time it happens I would drink a big glass of slightly colder then room temp!. water and see if it helps, it should relieve your headache within a few mins!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I am the queen of headaches! I've had headaches all my life, and have been told it's due to my bad posture, but I find it difficult to force myself to stay upright all day long!.!.!.I've even tried posture support, but it doesn't seem to help my posture or my headaches!.!.!.

Cut out fatty foods and eat healthily!.
Don't get migraine tablets cos they make it worse!.
