Question: Should I wear a finger splint at night!?

That's the best tie to wear one!. If it's tight, get one a little larger, or tape your finger to your ring finger, just not real tight but tight enough to keep it on all night!. I believe the splint you are talking about is the kind that is made of plastic with slits in it!. If not, that's what you should have!. You just simply slide it on and tape around it!. You can also use some bandage to wrap the two fingers together, but run the bandage up and aoround your wrist a couple of times, and tape it at the wrist!. Wear he finger splint during the day!. i think it would probably be best because your most unconcious moments are in your sleep and you are more likely to hurt yourself then than in the day because you are more aware of what you do in the day!. <3 get better!Www@Answer-Health@Com
