Question: Secretly stole my wife's painkillers, what to do!?
My wife just had kidney surgery and is in a lot of pain!. I am addicted to painkillers and stole hers and put some blood pressure medication pills in the bottle instead!.
Now she is in a lot of pain and I am starting to feel really bad!. Does anyone know where I can get some pain killers for her without getting in trouble!? What should I do!?

Blood pressure pills taken after kidney surgery may kill her!. Then can you deal with that!? That is a question for your own conscience!. If you cannot live with that factor, you really know what to do already!.
You can seek help for your disease of addiction, as it will ultimately kill you too, but not as fast as you would like!. There will be immense suffering in between loss of everything dear to you!. Alcoholism and drug abuse is equivalent to making love to a gorilla!. You ain't done until the gorilla says your done!.
There is hope!. But you have to reach out!. If you do become clean, you may have the chance to live and be of help to others in the mires of addiction like you are now!.

please, for the love of all things holy, come clean with your wife! if she takes blood pressure meds that aren't hers, or she takes them too often thinking they are pain pills, she could have some very adverse side affects!.!.!.!. especially so soon after a surgery, and kidney surgery at that! do you realize how much harder her kidneys are going to have to work to filter that excess medication out of her body!? you could make you wife VERY sick!. right now, you don't ned to be worried about finding more pain killers for her, you need to worry about protecting her from the meds you put in her bottle, and you ned to let her know what is going on!. let her know that you have a problem, and you need help!.
