It is probably from tight muscles and a good hot shower, back massage would probably help relieve these symptoms!. (hope you have a spouse or an electric back massager lol)!. My husband complains of these symptoms and sees a chiropractor as well to help relieve some of the tight muscles that he can't relieve on his own!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
buy yourself some naproxin sodium!. It is meant to sothe the muscles of back pain!. It works too, as does Tylenol!.
