What are some easy ways that i can cure soreness without taking pain relievers?!


Question: What are some easy ways that i can cure soreness without taking pain relievers!?
This week we geared up for soccer season by having extremely morning practices, followed by practices at night as well!.
Since i didn't exercise the muscles i have been using a lot of at practices this week, i have been very sore, especially in between practices!.
Without taking pain relievers ,which make me drowsy, what can i do to cure the soreness so i'll be ready to go and play my best for each practice, and eventually game!?

is this just a simple solution of stretching!?

Stretching is the best way to work out the kinks!. At night, you may want to apply heat to loosen the muscles up some!. A long hot shower or soak in the tub will work!. Take a mild pain reliever at bedtime so that you'll get plenty of restful sleep and the drowsiness will not be a factor!. Good luck!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you need to alternate between heat and cold!. every 20 minutes!. start with an ice pack for 20 minutes, to reduce swelling in the muscles, then use a heating pad for 20 minutes to relax the muscles!. also, ADVIL or TYLENOL won't cause drowsiness, as they are non-narcotic pain relievers and readily available at you nearest store!. stretching after you have alternated the hot / cold could help too!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
