Why do i wake up with a stomach ache?!
Question: Why do i wake up with a stomach ache!?
I had the same amount of sleep, and ate the same things the day before!. This has happened more than once!. Its usually a pain where im very hungry!. But i had desert at about 7 the nite before, so i know its not because i wasnt eating enough!. It has been going on for about 4 days!. what do you think the problem is!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

What time did you go to bed!? If you eat a big meal late in the evening your body doesn't have enough time to digest it before you go to bed! So what happens is your blood sugar is high when you go to sleep and then it drops in the middle of the night and you wake up starving! Doesn't have anything to do with being diabetic or not! you need to eat large meals earlier in the evening to give your body time to digest!. Happens to me all the time and i'm not diabetic!. I work evenings and sometimes eat when i get home at night! Every time i eat late i wake up starving with a belly ache!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If that was not every day I guess you got your periods!. Or maybe you were anxious about something and you got stomach pain!. Or maybe your time of eating and sleeping is not right!. Sometimes when you eat before sleeping and your digestion was not complete then it could take stomach pain!. Dring lots of water after eating!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
