There is something called arnica, saw it at Whole Foods, which helps with bruising!. I think you can either take it internally which I am not sure about a potential reaction, or you can buy a gel form and put it on!. Not sure if it it needs to be used immediately!. Sometimes patients take it in some form before plastic surgery to prevent or minimize swelling and bruising!.
There is a Mayan remedy!. Cut a lemon in half and rub the pulp over the bruise every hour until you go to bed!. Should be a big improvement when you wake up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

How many of them do you have!?
If you have a lot and bruise easily than most maybe get it checked out by a doc as there could be something else going on there- otherwise if you've just been playing too much rugby or something then arnica cream should do the trick- they should have it at any pharmacy- I think its homeopathic- but have used myself after surgery and it does seem to work!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
