By which side should we sleep,that is good for health?!


Question: By which side should we sleep,that is good for health!?
Answers:
Head towards south!.!.!. so that it aligns with earth's magnetic field!. It helps good blood circulation and metabolism during sleep!.

It is assumed our head to be north pole and legs to be south pole of our body!. So when head is towards south, there will be better synchronization (!?) with earth's fieldWww@Answer-Health@Com
