Answers:
That's a young age to be having knee problems!. Siting down probably isn't causing these problems!. You need to do exercises that don't hurt your knees so much!. Try the elliptical or swimming!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

You may have have a bit of a scoliosis in your spine (on the side)!. It's not uncommon!.
That means you lean a little more to one side than the other!. It is sometimes created by one of your legs being half a centimeter shorter than the other one!.
All that contributes to bad posture, and from than you will get knee pain!.

See a chiropractor!.

Any intense exercises can cause injury which 'seizes up' when you are inactive!. Be more balanced and see if the pains stop!.

Alter your posture when using the PC, keep changing position!. As a kid I did 400 press ups a day I still had pains when I sat still too long in the wrong posture!. When you are older or heavy it becomes very dangerous too!.
[UPDATE]
If you sit on one leg or cross legged while on the PC that is very likely to cause pains!. You have not said how long these pains last or how quickly they go away!. The different answers you are getting are because everyone is guessing your full symptoms!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
