Answers:
Skip on therapy sessions huh!? Well, after any surgery it is always advised to you the patient to attend therapy at least 1 month to 60 days after the initial treatment!. You see, whenever you injure a part of your body, especially the muscular and skeletal percentage of your body, other muscle and tendons and so forth will not only spasm during this time to protect the injured area of the body, but also to help relieve any pain!. This is why muscles and tendons tighten without prolonged use and therapy comes into the picture,No not to rip you guys off< but to help ease and work every thing back into unison!.
Each day try to stretch your fingers by doing retension exercises like hand pumps, massages, water therapy and even pinky stretches!Www@Answer-Health@Com
