whenever i take a deep breath or yawn it hurts!.
it feels like my chest isn't big enough for my lungs!.

It could indigestion, or panic!. I once suffered from the same thing, and put it down to this!. Try taking slow, deep breaths when it happens again, hold it for a few seconds and then let it go!. If you do this for a few minutes the pain should go away!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Had a bad cold or chest infection!? Could be pleurisy!?
Have you been coughing a great deal!? Torn muscle!?
Any worries!? (apart from the deep breathing discomfort)
If it continues - see your Doc!.
