ok i know this may sound Gross so readers digression advised
Ok i love movie theater pop corn!.!.!.!. however every time i eat it i am in the bathroom with diarrhea for like a hour several times a day!. Also since i switched to diet dr!.pepper regular Mountain dew does the same thing now!.!.!. Only a hell of a lot faster!. Does anyone know the reason why!. I particularly don't care for Mountain Dew anymore but c'mon popcorn I'm a fat guy i love me popcorn!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well carry on if you want to!.But your eating too much fiber,and causing your gut to become irritated!.The only way to stop problem is to cut down on the popcorn and eat fresh fruit and veg, and not be a glutton,cut down on the amounts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
