Upper back pain??????!
Question: upper back pain!?!?!?!?!?!?
I have this soreness in my muscles from between my shoulders to my lower neck!. The pain is pretty intense and i'm not quite sure what i did!. Is there anything i can do to relieve the pain!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

First of all i can say this has happened to me alot and it's cause I free run!. I did cat stretches and kind've relieved it make sure its not stiff!. And dont hunch over if you watching TV or playing video games!.

The pain you're describing could be any number of things from muscle tension due to stress, bad posture, scoliosis or an injury!. I suggest going to a doctor to figure out what the problem truly is so that you can address the root of the problem and not just the symptom, your muscle soreness!. In the meantime take an otc pain reliever and give your doctor a call!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
