Answers:
Take the drugs as prescribed and ice it!. Don't keep the ice on continuously, remove the ice pack periodically, but you'll probably need it for a few days!. You say you can walk on it!. DON'T unless you have to!. The stretching to restore mobility will take place during post-operative physical therapy!. The itching is probaby due to all the scraping, although it can also be a side effect to the narcotic!.

You're probably scheduled for a one week follow-up!. If the pain is unbearable after 2-3 days, contact your doctor and they may increase the dosage or frequency, or add another medication, but very likely that the pain and itching will subside with time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You just had surgery today, that's why!. The itching is probably caused from the narcotics, it's a side effect!. If I were you I'd get off my feet and elevate my leg!. You may also want to ice it to keep the swelling down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
