How can I not be tired in the morning?!


Question: How can I not be tired in the morning!?
School tomorrow =[
Whenever I even go to bed early I'm exhausted in the morning!. I dont know why!. How can I not be tired in the morning even when I get enough sleep!? ThanksssWww@Answer-Health@Com

The most common reason is that you eat dinner late 6-8 is the best time to eat 9 you should be sleeping at 8-8:25 you should walk so your system digests the food and you will wake up more refreshedWww@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure you dont eat or workout before bed time!. Also, for me temp!. has a lot to do with it!. If I'm too hot or too cold I'll toss and turn!. You might also want to try a new pillow, comfortable pjs, a warm shower or reading a book until your mind gets sleepy!. I'm not much of a morning person either!. :) Www@Answer-Health@Com

get a good night of sleep
take a cold shower in the morning really refreshing
and eat your breakfast

Get up a little early and do some exercise - run the neighborhood, do some sit ups!.!.!.!.!.!.get your blood pumping!.!.!.and you'll wake up! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
