i just had my plasterr removed, but i cant walk properly, tell me till wat time it will be ok, wht should i do to make it heal quickly!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do exactly what you have been told to do by physio or doctor!. Don't get lazy and not do your exercises it will just slow your rehab down!.
Recovery time depends on the damage you have done and how long you've been out of action!.
