Small slice wound on foot?!
Question: Small slice wound on foot!?
I was with my friends this night and I stepped on something sharp outside which punctured the side of my foot!. I immediately put sanitizer on the wound and cleaned it once I returned home!. I also put an medicine on it and covered it with a bandaid I just washed it again in the shower and it's no longer bleeding but it is a little swollen and when i pull lightly at the skin around it i can see that the skin is sliced and open but its no longer bleeding!. Is there anything else that I should do or will it heal on its own!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you have any triple antibiotic cream to put on it that would help!. Also before you do that, I would suggest you pour peroxide on it!. And then a bandage on!. Also, if it doesn't seem to get better soon, or if it becomes more inflamed, or you see a streak starting to run up your leg, you should go to the dr!.'s!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
