depends how hard is hard, what you hit it on and other things!.
the sickness sound like could be concusion!.
needs to be assesed properly as could be internal bleeding!.

Do not go to sleep for atleast one hour because you could end up in a coma!.
Otherwise you need to go to the hospital!.

it sounds like a concussion it's not too bad but you should call the hospital anyway and tell them what happened and get some professional adviceWww@Answer-Health@Com
