Question: I drive a truck and can't stop every hour to drink water or use the restroom!?
What do I do when I'm thirsty every 30-40 minutes and need to use the restroom while driving the truck but can't stop to pee every hour!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need to stop and stretch out it isn't good to drive longer than an hour and a half without a breather it can be called road hypnoses and be dangerous or you could always be stubborn and use a Texas Catheter!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would stick to liquids that are hydrating but don't make you have to pee a lot!. Drink just water if you can, and stay away from coffee and energy drinks if at all possible (stupid advise for a trucker, I know)!.
Next, if you have a partner in the car, tinkle in a container!. Something you can seal so your truck won't smell like yellow!
If you are all alone, you could attempt the same while one arming the wheel, or you could pull an emergency stop on the side of the road!. This doesn't take long at all, and odds are a cop wont come in the time you are taking a leak!.
