Question: Why does it feel like my hands are heavy or tired!.!?
It feels like im in a swiming pool (not as much) when i move my hands
and when im shooting in basketball I just can't reach the rim anymore!.

You could be dealing with something like muscle strain in your hands (an example only)!. Another possibility is that you could have an irritated, entrapped, or pinched nerve (another example only) that could be causing this!.
