Yeah, either burn yourself- which I have done, and I wouldn't suggest it, if you get it wrong, you could be scarred really badly!. Or you can wear shoes without socks (a size smaller would help) and go running!. In no tie you'll have incredible blisters on your ankles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
