Question: Is it normala for this to happen to your foot!?
So after I walk for a while the top of my left foot begins to hurt!. This happened today for instance and I was rubbing it after I got home from school!. I realized that the vein seems to pop out (it gets bigger then the one on my right foot)!.!.!.After a while it went back down!. I guess I realized that this happened before but never paid attention to it because it only hurts a little!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

your shoes might be too tight!. the veins pop out if your feet get hot, and especially if they're being squashed into too small shoes!.

It sounds like your walking shoes (or whatever shoes you were walking in) are much too tight!? That would cause the vein to bulge after you take them off!.
