my dad just got the hernia surgery he has been in a lot of pain he waited for 2 years plus to get the surgery and he has been in a lot of pain since then throwing up also!. is this normal to be throwing up after it!? anything else you can add or a website about it would be very helpfulWww@Answer-Health@Com

if he's throwing up after a procedure, sure that's normal!. Between the meds they give u to numb the pain, and havin to watch the operation, I'd be a bit queasy myself!.
Make sure he eats healthy and drinks a LOT of water and gatorade to keep him hydrated, and gargle warm water to heal his throat from the vomit, and he should be fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
