Question: A VERY Stuffy Nose! Please help me out!!?
It is like 2AM and my sister is still unable to sleep since 10PM!. Her nose is stuffy and she cannot take pills due to her pregnancy!. She is here with me now and just inhaling steam!. She tried mixing salt and water but that also did not help!? Any ideas!? Please help me out, she can't even sleep properly! Thanks a bunch!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Dr OZ is always on Oparh and he gives alot of good advice such as the neety pot for your sinus the drug store will know what to give you it looks like a little tea pot and it works like a dream I have real bad problems myself try it all it takes is some hot water and salt and the drugstore will even show you how it works!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
They sell these kits in drug stores and related places!.!.!.its a sinus cleansing tube and solution!. You have to lean over a sink and squirt the solution into one nostril letting your sinuses drain out the other!. It feels weird the first time but you can get used to it!.!.!.and it's more long-term without the risk of getting dependent on it like nasal sprayWww@Answer-Health@Com
I have allergies this time of year and here's what I do when I'm trying to sleep!. Lie on your back and tilt your head back like you were putting eyedrops in!. Then turn your head to the left or right and hold it there for a few!. This kind of straightens the passages out and allows the conjestion in your nasal areas to flow free!. Yea try this!.!.!. Believe it or not it always work!. DO NOT BREATH until you can't take it anymore then breath as hard as you can!.!.!. Then it will go away for like 10 seconds!. Then repeat the process until you can fall asleep!. Trust me trying to do this process takes a lot of energy!.!.!.So you will fall asleep when you are out of energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
