My foot feels swollen...doesn't look swollen?!
Question: My foot feels swollen!.!.!.doesn't look swollen!?
my foot doesn't look swollen
but when i shake my foot i can FEEL stuff swishing around in it!. like liquid moving inside it!. when i walk the stuff moves back and forth!.
it's only on the top of my right foot though!.
this has never happened to me before!.
i know this isn't normal!.!.!.what should i do!?
do i put ice on it!? do i "pop" my foot!? doctor!?
i feel no pain but it bothers me because i know i shouldn't feel liquid in my foot!.
please help me out!. i'll take any suggestions!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If there is no pain or stiffness in the foot then I would say give it a little bit of time and see whats up!.
I had a similar feeling once, only felt it when walking, kinda like i had a little baggie half full of water under my skin!. Anyhow it turned out to be nothing and went away in a few days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Go to the doctor!. With something as precious as your feet, why would you even consider asking us!? You only get two and you need both of them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
