Ruptured/Enlarged Spleen from stress?!

Question: Ruptured/Enlarged Spleen from stress!?
I suffer from severe post traumatic stress disorder

Part of my problem is I internalize everything

I was in one of my anger fits a few months ago and felt something pop in my under my ribcage, I ddint think anything of it and occasionaly got a pinching pain when I stressed

I had a cat scan done for something else a few weeks ago, and then they told me I had an enlarged spleen

Is it possible this could be caused by stress!? Is that pop I heard possibly me putting a hole in it!?

Now that I think about it I have all the other symptoms such as pain around my ribcage, shortness of breath alot and back pain, I always associated that with the anxiety/stress or other problems I was having

I really am a mess of a human

Also is it possible for the spleen to go back to normal size and maybe the wound to heal if I learn to relax!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
Generally, physical trauma is the cause of a ruptured spleen, such as going under a bus while crossing the street!.

I've never heard of a spontaneous perforation of a human spleen induced by stress!.

Besides, the "pop" you heard/felt was in the wrong place!.

Further, you said this "pop" took place months ago, but a few weeks ago you had a CAT scan, which showed an enlarged spleen!. A leaking spleen would not be enlarged, it would be deflated, and you would be dead!.

Take a breath and relax!. Anxiety won't directly kill you, just make you wish you were dead!. Get medicated! This hypochondria can be medically controlled!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Anything is possible!. First of all do you want to change, do you care enough about your self and those around you to change!? Doctors agree that 80% of all illness is stress related!. You are the only one who can control your reaction to a situation!. Try to take up meditation and breathing exercises to help keep you centred and calm!. Do some research!. I have know energy healing to be effective with the emotions and the organs!. Emotionally the spleen is connected to being obsessed about things!. Try repeating to your self - "I love and approve of myself!. I trust the process of life to be there for me!. I am safe!. All is well!."Www@Answer-Health@Com
