Tylenol, cold packs, hot packs, gauze (different sizes), medical tape, Benadryl, band aids, saline, tweezers, cpr mask, emergency phone numbers, !.!.!. think of what your immediate needs are at home and go with that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
