i want to get flats but my sister said that if i wear them alot my arch would fall but is there any kind of arches that you could put in the shoe help!!!!! pleaseWww@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, you can buy arches at any drug store or a store like K-Mart or probably at a shoe store or so many other places!. BUT, I just want to mention that wearing flats is not going to CAUSE you to have fallen arches!. Nature gave you natural arches in your foot to support your feet properly!. I don't think you should seek out buying arches if there is no problem with your feet!. When your feet are wet when you're outside like at a swimming pool or somewhere where you can step, with your wet feet on the ground, and see the imprint you leave, do that!. You will most probably see just the outter edges of your feet at the middle section, in between your toes and ball or your foot and your heel!. That shows that your arches are in fine shape!. If you are flat footed or have fallen arches, you would see the entire impression of your wet foot, like an elephants foot -- just flat all throughout!. Don't worry about it, OK!. Don't buy arches and enjoy yourself with a new pair of flats!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
