Question: So my dad's going to buy a sauna, I have some questions!?
Okay, so yea!. Saunas!.!. I'm only 15 and I always remembered how saunas used to be hella hot and I didn't enjoy it!. But now that school is killing me and I'm older I'm sure thats going to change!.
I just realized how awesome it sounds!.!. apparently it helps you feel more relaxed and stronger and it even helps your skin become smoother and all these great things!. Even losing weight!.
I mean, I don't want this only for like losing weight or any of the others, but I was wondering!.!. is it great as it sounds!? do you really lose weight and get nice skin and feel better after a hard day!?
