Question: How do I prevent from hurting tommorow!?
I was dancing for about 3 hours straight tonight to some techno music(insane dancing) and Now I'm starting to feel it lol!.!.!.Tommorow- I REALLY don't want to wake up to any sensation of pain!.!.Is there anything I can do or take to prevent it!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you stretch before you dance next time!.
stretching is very good for you so i suggest it if you are really dreading the after effect from your dancing!.
plus a hot bath or shower and maybe get someone to give you a relaxing massageWww@Answer-Health@Com
