Question: Ribs and thighs hurt!?
today i work up and my ribs hurt like hell and my legs are really sore and i can't run,I was playing some football yesterday but I didn't talk anybody or get tackled so i don't how that woulda happenedWww@Answer-Health@Com

I would say to get up and move around a little bit, maybe go for a slow walk!. It sounds like you are stiff, and that should loosen you up a bit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
