It is most likely nothing to worry about; have you been exercising or overextended the muscle in some way!? Even carrying heavy shopping bags, backpack, etc!. could stress the muscle!. If it would keep bothering you for over a week or two, then I would have it checked out!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
