Question: Good sleeping pills !?
im about to start school and ive been staying up late and sleeping late and i need to get on a good sleeping routine does anybody know of any good over the counter sleeping pills!.

Melatonin is a vitamin, so of course it's safe!. You can use Tylenol PM, but only for a couple nights!. You don't want to get addicted!
The best way is to set your alarm for the time you're gonna have to get up, keep the alarm clock across the room so you HAVE to get up, and do not get in that bed again until bedtime!. No napping allowed during the day! You'll probably be tired for a few days, but it will get your brain back on that schedule!.

most over the counter sleeping meds contain benedryl, an antihistamine that promotes drowsiness!. You'd have to be careful and not take too much that might make you drowsy the next morning!.
Try better eating and excercise habits, stay away from caffeine and soda and chocolate!.
Try to relax before going to sleep!. Be aware of other over the counter remedies !. Check with the pharmacist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u can always try a melatonin!. U can get it at a health food store!. Works well for a lot of ppl!. i believe a sublingual form is better cuz it absorbs better!. Or try a homeopathic remedy called rescue sleep!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

melatonin does NOT make you drowsy, it just regulates your wake/sleep cycle better!. Try valerian root to make you drowsy!. It comes in capsules!. See website below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
